Columbus + Central Ohio Harm Reduction Resources [Ongoing]

The following contains a shortlist of local organizations, including mutual-aid and direct actions groups, that prioritize the principles of harm reduction* to work towards the prevention of accidental opioid overdose and death.  These groups provide a range of services including, but not limited to: syringe access and exchange programs, free safer use kits, Narcan and Naloxone access, overdose surge and deadly batch alerts.   

*Harm reduction is a set of practices, programs, and policies that aim to reduce the negative consequences associated with drug use. Harm reduction is built on a belief in and respect for the rights of people who use drugs.
